Biography

Maggie Martin graduated cum laude from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2024. Her academic excellence at Cumberland was recognized through multiple honors, including the CALI Excellence for the Future Award® in Torts; Wills, Trusts & Estates; and American Constitutional History, as well as consistent Dean’s List placements.

Maggie has been involved in the personal injury field since before applying to law school, beginning as a legal assistant and advancing to a case manager and litigation paralegal. Her passion for personal injury clients ultimately became her motivation to apply to law school.

Experience

Since law school, Maggie has worked extensively on personal injury and family law cases both in state and federal courts. Maggie is a thoughtful advocate, providing her clients with clear guidance and dedicated support while maintaining a calm, measured approach, even in the challenging and emotionally charged circumstances surrounding family law and personal injury cases.
