Apex Law serves Huntsville clients and clients elsewhere in Alabama. The Huntsville office is at 4100 Market Street SW, Huntsville, AL 35808. Office visits are by appointment only. Call (256) 203-4290 before coming to the office to confirm the appointment and any arrival instructions.

Choose the service that fits your matter

  • Divorce and child custody: discuss agreed or disputed divorce terms, parenting arrangements, support, and existing orders.

  • Uncontested divorce: review the eligibility checklist, pricing, and paper-evaluation option when both spouses have agreed on every term.

  • Tenant representation: send notices, court papers, the lease, and rent records promptly.

  • Landlord representation: discuss possession, rent recovery, lease disputes, and the documents needed for a case review.

  • Estate planning: discuss wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and your intended decision-makers.

  • Personal injury: ask about a claim after an accident or injury. Injury consultations are free.

Huntsville intake for agreed divorces

Apex Law’s qualifying flat-fee divorce attorney fees are $1,000 without minor children and without post-judgment issues, or $1,300 with minor children, plus filing fees. Full agreement is required before drafting; up to two minor revisions are included. The written engagement identifies covered work and separately priced matters.

You can request a free paper evaluation online or book a $200, 30-minute telephone consultation. The consultation fee is credited toward your balance if you hire the firm. Starting online does not remove court, signature, or jurisdiction requirements.

Madison County papers and court information

If your matter is filed in Madison County, have the case number, court papers, and hearing notices ready. The Madison County circuit clerk’s official website is a starting point for court information. Confirm current filing fees and instructions with the appropriate clerk; use the court and location listed in your notice for a scheduled hearing.

The firm’s office address is not a courthouse address. Your residence, the property location, existing orders, and the type of case can affect the proper court. Tell counsel about other counties or states involved before assuming where to file.

Military families and remote participation

Tell the firm about military service, deployment, residence history, and retirement benefits during intake. These facts may affect the scope and timing of a divorce or other civil case. Our military divorce guide explains issues to raise before choosing an agreed-divorce package.

Make the appointment useful

Prepare a short timeline, identify any deadlines, and list your most important questions. Bring or send complete documents using the method the firm provides. A request for an appointment does not extend a court deadline or establish ongoing representation.
